The Founder’s Story: From War Zones to Wrench-Turning

I’m a father of three boys first—everything I do is for them. They’re why I wake up every day hell-bent on being the best damn version of myself, setting the example they’ll follow. That fire started in the US Army, where I spent nearly 12 years as an Infantryman, dodging bullets and leading teams through the kind of shit most people only see in movies. Combat taught me leadership that cuts through the noise, a common-sense knack for problem-solving, and a team-first grit that’s second nature. It also left me banged up enough to rethink the game plan.

Science was always my backup dream—staring at the stars as a kid, wondering what’s out there. When injuries sidelined me, I didn’t wallow like some. I went to Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, grabbed an Aerospace Engineering degree in May 2022, and landed at Mitsubishi Power Americas as a Gas Turbine Service Engineer. Working on the biggest jet engines on Earth—keeping power flowing to millions—was a rush. I thrived with the blue-collar crew, the pipe hitters and wrench turners, putting in 16-hour days and earning solid nods from leadership.

Then it went sideways. Training a new engineer in Argentina, I had a private chat with a buddy—a former Marine—about politics and facts: Trump’s policies, Elon Musk’s moves, Argentina’s wild hand-gesture culture. No harm, no foul, just two vets shooting the breeze on break. But the newbie overheard, twisted it into a woke fairy tale, and ran to HR. She claimed I said garbage I never did—stuff about transgenders, Muslims, you name it. Lies. Next thing I know, I’m on a plane home, told to shut up and wait. Two weeks later, they fired me.
